loved this place, it was deluxe.

In fact, the free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top...

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Neighborhood is not the prettiest. Homeless people on the corners. Our bathroom was not that clean. Hair from the previous guest.
-
The hotel has a secure parking garage in a not-so-secure area. We were comfortable in the room. . . The staff is friendly and helpful.
It is a bit far to the center, but with Uber/Taxi easy to reach.
-
Very spacious room with coffee, large bathroom and very comfortable bed
By foot about 30 min to the Strip, but every quarter of an hour a bus leaves

Staff was great and very helpful. Rooms very clean and in good shape. Its a convenient location if you have business to attend to at one of the nearby convention centers. Restaurant in lobby was decent and great prices for vegas. Its a smaller hotel, which I perfer. Not glamerous but not dirty or goss by any means.
We were one of the lucky ones who got a room across from the fire station, so that could be annoying now and again- but not the hotels fault. The one reason we choose blackstone was for the shuttle service back and forth to the convention center where we weer attending convention. While the service with the shuttles was hit or miss (sometimes a 45 minute wait or longer) for the most part, it was a great money sasver to be able to use the shuttle. They only have 2 shuttle drivers, and if they aren't available and you have to leave right away, you gotta cab it. It was as bit disappointing but we did use the shuttle a lot, nonetheless.

Nice Hotel overall with friendly staff, clean rooms and good, reasonably priced food. Great location not far off the strip. The hotel is strictly non smoking and has a nice modern style decor.
I felt that more frequent floor maintenance in the halls, out front, and in the restaurant is in order with a silent roli-sweep type unit. Trash was overflowed in the garage late Sat. Night. Cigarette butts outside at entrance Sun. Morn with a piece of broken glass, leaves etc. at the building entrance. I mentioned this to the desk person but it still was not cleaned up 2 hours later. Generally though, the hotel was very clean overall and well maintained and I would recommend it and stay there again. They do charge a resort fee although when I booked the room, Booked.net said they did not. However, the fee covered unlimited round trips to the "Strip" (until 10:00 pm) in a brand new 7 passenger suv which was very nice. The resort fee was accepted considering the transportation to the strip.

3000 feet from Target, Walgreens, Toys' r Us, Five Guys (Hamburgers). Good to scape the traffic. Room as clean as home and very confortabel beds. We needed a 2 days rest before going to the desert. So we decided to stay at the Blackstone, make a quick drive thru the Strip just to realize what was about to be seen after the desert adventures, than at a 4 stars hotel & resort. Worthit... I would not afford the whole trip payig extra money jus because I got family to Las Vegas once booking a Room with 2 queen beds for four people.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent value

Love the decor. Thats the only thing that makes this hotel great,. Its in really bad area. At the end of a block that is considered a bad neighborhood. Also across the street from the fire dept , which is not so great when their sirens are blasting
The pool area is too "plain" .it actually looks like its not finished. Its just a pool , cement and chairs. They need to jazz it up a bit and they definately need poolside service for drinks, etc. service is not so great my friend went down to the bar and bought a drink. Bought a another round for herself. Asked them to bring it up in a half hour. They never came. 45 minutes later she went down to get her drinks and she ended up waiting a good 15 minutes for them to be made

Location is ok nice furnishings in room
I didn't like how you need a key card to get into every door go up the elevator open the garage door. It has no guest parking unless the gate to garage is up even then if you have a guest you have to meet them downstairs because they can't come up withouth a key card. That parts inconvenient. The pool closes too earlier. Even the hotels on the strip don't require so much swiping of your key nice hotel but its just annoying to have to use the card for everything.

Location off the strip, Rooms are a good size well kept clean, internet is great but not blazingly fast, tv is good
The Resort Fees are an absolute nonsense, this hotel is not a resort, its a nice hotel!!! Third time I have stayed here and the first time I have been charged this fee, if it remains in place sadly it will be the last!!

This hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable! The hair dryer broke in my room and it was replaced in less than 2 minutes!
The continental breakfast could have a litte more things to choose from.
-
Very good price & I would surely stay there again. Excellent value through Booked.net
No fridge or microwaves in room "without" breakfast
-
Good security. Onsite restaurant had good food and good specials. Would stay there again
Our toilet got plugged up and it took over an hour for the maintenance people to come and fix it. They couldn't fix so we had to wait again for 20 minutes for an engineer to show up.
